These terms cover your use of mentorly.tech. Work with Mentorly is governed by a separate written agreement for each engagement.
Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site describes our technical oversight, engineering leadership and one-time technical services and lets you send us an inquiry. Nothing on the site is an offer to enter into a contract, and the content is general information rather than advice for your specific situation.
Engagements
Any technical oversight, engineering leadership or one-time technical service is agreed in writing before it starts. That agreement sets out scope, fees, timelines and ownership, and takes precedence over anything on this site.
Intellectual property
The content, design and artwork on this site belong to Mentorly unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them without permission. Work delivered under an engagement is owned as set out in that engagement's agreement.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Mentorly is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
