This policy explains what information mentorly.tech collects, why, and how it is handled. The site has no user accounts and collects as little as it can.

When you send an inquiry through the form on our contact page, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses and request times, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use information
We use the details you provide to reply to your inquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Both set cookies and record the pages you visit and how you move through them; Clarity also records anonymous replays of sessions. We also note which links lead visitors to get in touch, using a random ID stored in your browser. None of this is used for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Retention
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short, fixed period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will act on the request within a reasonable time.
